
Since opening in 2004, Peninsula CrossFit has been a place where ordinary people get extraordinarily fit.
Owners Meghan LeBlanc and Lori Cunningham and their team of PCF trainers are CrossFit certified and between them they have many years of experience in CrossFit and sports. We are dedicated to ensuring our clients get the best training possible for optimal results.
Our mission? To create a community of people who support each other in training hard while having fun doing it in a safe and comfortable environment.
CrossFit
Peninsula CrossFits program allows you to perform better in life, using gymnastics, metabolic conditioning and weight lifting. We increase your capability and capacity over a broader range of movements and activities. We measure all of our workouts giving you proper feedback and an opportunity to constantly improve. All of what we do is scalable and can fit any person’s needs from an athletic standpoint. We accommodate different levels of experiences, injury or other limiting factors. All new members have to go through a 3 week elements training class before they can join our regular classes to ensure proper understand of movement mechanics and safety. Elements classes are limited to 6 people at a time to ensure quality of teaching and proper learning. Our regular classes are limited to 10 members at a time. CrossFit BootCamp
Starting April 1, 2013 Peninsula CrossFit is proud to offer CrossFit Bootcamp classes.
Each Bootcamp class is a conditioning focused hour long workout located in various locations on the Saanich Peninsula. We will apply CrossFit standards to our bootcamp classes. CrossFit Bootcamp classes will be challenging for any individual and is perfect for those athletes who aren’t yet interested in lifting heavy weights. These classes are designed to accommodate all different fitness levels, so whether this is your first workout in 10 years or you’re an athlete wanting to push yourself even further, we have the class for you. Yoga
Starting April 1, 2013 Peninsula Crossfit is excited to offer yoga to our crossfit and bootcamp clients. Through Yoga, you will grow stronger physically and
mentally, ultimately leading to better performance results, speedier
recovery and safer movements.
