Work at each exercise for 1 minute switching quickly to the next exercise on a continously running clock. 1 min rest between each round.
Keep track of reps (rowing = cal) for a total # of points.
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
