Membership and Fees
If you want to join our team, we encourage you to try us out. We feel it is necessary for everyone to experience a class before they commit. If you are willing to work hard and feel that our training style will help you reach your goals we welcome you in our classes.
All we ask of you when you come to classes is that you work hard and be consistent. Leave your ego at the door, come in and work as hard as you can. Don’t worry about what you did last week, last month or last year. Let your peers motivate you and the trainers’ train you and you will find yourself in the best shape of your life.

All spaces must be pre-booked 12 hrs in advance for CrossFit and CrossFit Elements classes. Contact Meghan at 514-3308 or meghan@boldmovesfitness.com to reserve a spot. CrossFit Elements – Participants learn the foundations of CrossFit. CrossFit – Advanced CrossFit Classes. Participants must have taken CrossFit Elements first. CrossFit Lite - Scaled down workouts for beginners Power Lunch - Fast intense 35min workout Personal Training – One on one training with a CrossFit trainer
Fees Group Classes 2-3 times a week - $129/month 4-5 times a week - $149/month Drop-in – $149/10 classes pre-pay for 3 months and receive 5% off pre-pay for 6 months and receive 10% off
Personal Training $49/hr for 1 session $180/month – Once a week $315/month – Twice a week $420/month – Three times a week Pairs Training – Receive 10% off when training with a partner Prices do not include GST
